The Oceanic Plasticarium
Single. Use. Plastic. One of mankind's greatest design failures. Made to last forever, but used once and thrown away.
And with a truckload of it entering our oceans every minute, we’re creating one of the most significant pieces of modern history: Plastic Soup.

A problem we created together but that no-one feels ownership for. So as 99% of us will never see plastic soup, we decided to bring a section of it from deep in the Pacific Ocean to the Institutes founded to educate people about the history of mankind and nature: Natural History Museums.
The Oceanic Plasticarium containins 2700 liters of water and over 280 different pieces of plastic - collected in collaboration with GreenPeace.
The Oceanic Plasticarium; A tiny sample of the millions and millions of tons of plastic in our oceans. Put on display for all of us to see with our own eyes. A symbol to remind us that use once, lasts forever. Inspiring all of us to do our part and educating the next generation to make a change.
